Yes, and they provide huge benefits. The most common halogen MR-16 bulb is a 50 watt lamp that operates off a 12 volt transformer.

These lamps can be replaced with LED MR-16 lamps that consume on average only about 10 watts and provide similar light output. When replacing halogen, choose an LED MR-16 lamp that is 3000K (color temperature) which is the color temperature of most standard halogen lamps. You benefit from huge energy savings and long life and also very little heat generated.

Track lighting is very common in homes and retail stores. Therefore, Users can reduce their electric bills by switching to LED's.
