Betty J. Henderson

Betty J. Henderson, 73, passed away at her home with her loving family by her side on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015. Betty was born in Hardyston Township and was a longtime resident of Franklin. She was born on April 7, 1941, to the late Clarence and Jennie (nee Crum) Babcock Sr.

Betty was employed at the Accurate Forming Co. in Hamburg for 42 years, retiring in June of 2004. Betty enjoyed country line dancing.

Betty was the beloved wife of 53 years to Roy Henderson Sr., and loving mother of Jenny Hockstedler and her husband, Robert, of Wisconsin, and Roy Henderson and his wife, Beverly, of Franklin, and her cherished grandson Roland Hockstedler, and her siblings, Clarence Babcock, Jr., and his wife, Barbara, Evelyn Talmadge and her husband, Charles, of Franklin, Lester Babcock and his wife, Shirley, of Newton, June Ryder of Sussex and Earl Babcock and his wife, Sherral, of Wantage.

Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday, Jan. 29, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main St., Franklin, N.J., and are invited to attend services on Friday, Jan. 30, at the funeral home at 10 a.m., interment service at No. Hardyston Cemetery.
