— On Thursday, the Hobb Englar Byram little league 10 and 11 year-old all-star team defeated Walkill Valley and finish their District 20 Championship Series and pool play tournament undefeated.

The team has shared the District 20 Championship with Lakeland Little League in the 50/70 Intermediate Little League Division for the 2014 and 2013 seasons.

This is the first time since 2003 that the Hobb Englar Byram team has won a District 20 Championship on their own.

The team had a great all-star season in 2014. Both juniors and majors all-star teams made it to the finials in the District 20 Championships and the eight-and nine-year-old team is still in the hunt for their title.
