— Kittatinny Regional High School defeated Hawthorne High School in boys varsity lacrosse on Thursday, May 11. The final score was 16-1. The game took place at Kittatinny Regional High School in Hampton Township.

Kittatinny handled Hawthorne with ease holding a commanding 12-1 lead by the end of the second period.

At least one or more goals were scored by ten different Kittatinny Cougars.

Kittatinny kept control of the tempo and worked the ball near Hawthorne's goal post most of the time. Kittatinny goal keeper Hunter Gallo did not have the ball come his way much but did make two saves.

Team records: Kittatinny Cougars 7-6. Hawthorne Bears 4-10.
