— Kevin Colman, president of Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors is pleased to announce that the offices will be hosting its Fifth Annual Holiday Toy Drive, to benefit local children.

Donations of new, unused and unwrapped toys are welcome at any of their offices in Vernon, Sparta, Franklin and Warwick NY, anytime between now and December 22, 2017. Berkshire Hathaway Gross & Jansen Realtors has been a part of the local community for over 40 years.

“This is a natural extension of our business, helping to make childhood dreams come true.” said Colman.
