How can I improve my brushing habits?


Here are some healthy brushing habits you can follow:
1. Brush for at least 2 minutes, twice per day
2. ONLY use a soft toothbrush! Medium or hard toothbrushes can wear down your enamel and possibly cause damage to the gums.
3. Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months
