BYRAM — Michael Serpico joined Cub Scouts Pack 151 in 2007 then later Troop 151 in 2010. He acquired membership to the Order of the Arrow Ordeal in 2011, and further advanced his membership to the Order of the Arrow Brotherhood in 2013. Michael was fortunate enough to attend the National Jamboree in West Virginia in 2013. Scouting has been a major part of Michael’s life, as he has earned many leadership roles throughout the years. He was an Archery Instructor for Cub Scout Camporee during 2014-2016, Volunteer for University of Scouting STEM Program 2015, and Council Community Service Award 2014. On March 1, 2017 Michael earned his Eagle Award. His project included a major renovation at St. Theresa’s Grammar School in Succasunna, NJ. Michael will now join the Flock of Eagles of Troop 151, but most importantly, Michael joins his dad, Gerard Serpico, who earned his Eagle award in 1974.
