Milford. It’s that time again, when Milford lights its tree and welcomes the holiday season. On Saturday, Dec. 4, emcees will lead the community in the countdown to the tree lighting on the Community House Lawn, 201 Broad Street, with Christmas carols and a special appearance by Santa. The Brassanova and Presby Players will perform from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., followed by Christmas carols sung by the Dingman-Delaware Middle School Chorus at 4:30 p.m. Santa arrives by firetruck at 5:15 p.m. The event is hosted by the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and Milford Presents.
