A self-serve, soft serve ice cream trailer called The Sugar Shack, has opened in Stillwater. The ingredients are from Cody and Kelly Castner's farm.

Two flavors will be served at a time and currently it's maple cream and also pumpkin.

The syrup is made right there on the farm and the ice cream is made from a special recipe from a Vermont resident who is dear to the Castner's. The couple's ice cream trailer is dedicated in memory of Scott Palmer the master behind the maple cream that the Castners continue to make in his honor.

While the pumpkin flavor is offered seasonally other flavors that the couple rotates in offering are; mint, honey, chocolate, and vanilla. The maple cream, pumpkin, mint, and honey are all made with ingredients from the farm.

The ice cream trailer is open daily from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.. and is cash only. The Castner's new ice cream business, Sugar Shack, is located at 935 Fairview Lake Road in Stillwater.
