Business. The Sparta office was once again recognized for excelling in several areas.
Weichert’s Sparta office and several sales associates were recognized for industry success in October.
The Sparta office, which is managed by Andrew Milling, led the entire company and its Weichert sales region for October listings and resale listings, and led the region in revenue units, resale revenue units, sales and resales. The region includes Essex, Mercer, Morris, Sussex and Union counties.
Milling recognized top-producing sales associates at the office level for October. Dawn Corbo had the most listings in the Sparta office, Brenda Zabriskie led for listing volume, and Debra McGrath had the most sales volume. Team Bucci, helmed by Rachel Bucci, led for sales volume, sales units and listing volume in October, while Team Erins had the most listing units.
