Correction

In a previous online and article it was incorrectly stated that Byram Township had approved Tomahawk Lake expansion of concessions, parking, and additional water slides. However, the expansion was not approved and that was not the subject matter of the vote. The Byram Township Planning Board voted on which variances should be required. The Planning Board, which is the appropriate place for a C Variance to be heard, actually voted on Sept. 5, 2019 that the proposed expansion at Tomahawk Lake should be heard by the Zoning Board, which is the appropriate entity to hear matters regarding a D Variance. That meeting will take place on Nov. 7, 2019.
