After its move to Hopatcong, Elite Preparatory Academy (EPA), has launched a significant scholarship program and new educational partnerships.

The initiatives underscore EPA’s commitment to providing a holistic education, integrating rigorous STEM education with music and visual art programs.

Under the leadership of Yi Qian, EPA seeks to empower students to achieve their full potential and gain admission into prestigious colleges.

He is an enthusiastic musician who recently moved from Sparta to Hopatcong.

”In embracing our new home in Hopatcong, we see a unique opportunity to enhance our educational offerings and community involvement,” he said. “With my personal passion for music and our collective dedication at EPA to excellence in STEM and the arts, we’re excited to launch these scholarships and partnerships to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students for the challenges of the future.”

The academy is particularly eager to integrate aspects of the Hudson International Music Competition, which champions young musicians’ talents and promotes global cultural exchange, into its curriculum.

The scholarship program, in collaboration with local businesses and officials, is designed to support students financially. Applications are due May 1.
