Halstead Middle School 5th-graders graduate L.E.A.D. program

Newton Police Detective Tom Tosti held graduation this week for 91 students in 5th-grade at Halsted Middle School. The 5th-graders successfully completed the 10-week Law Enforcement Against Drugs (L.E.A.D.) program.
