    On 10/13/2019 at 3:48 AM, Byram patrols were dispatched to the area of the Cranberry Lake Community Club for a welfare check. Upon arrival, patrol located Melinda Molnar of Byram in the South Shore Road boat launch. After a brief investigation, Molnar was found to be in possession of 28 bags of Heroin, hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia. Molnar was placed under arrest, processed at headquarters and issued the following charges:

    Possession of CDS paraphernalia

    On 10/22/2019 at approximately 7:24 PM, Byram Police were assisting on Route 206 with traffic control while a disabled motor vehicle was being towed. A computer check of the owner of the vehicle revealed outstanding traffic warrants from Saddle Brook and Hopatcong. Stephanie Moore of Lafayette was taken into custody at this time. A subsequent search of the purse belonging to Moore produced a quantity of pills which were determined to be a controlled dangerous substance. Moore was charged with the following and turned over to Hopatcong Police to be lodged in the county jail.
