Stanhope PD: child endangerment arrest

STANHOPE — On Oct. 11, Andrew M. Spooner, 36, of Netcong, NJ was arrested by Stanhope police. Spooner was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of lewdness, police said.
The arrest came after a month-long investigation conducted jointly by Det. Johnson of the Stanhope police and members of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office. Spooner was transported to the Sussex County Jail.
