George Klag, age 21, of Wantage, was sentenced to two years of probation after violating the conditions of a Pre-Trial Intervention Order. In addition, Klag is ordered to pay $1,922.25 in restitution and $155.00 in fines and fees.
On March 11, Klag pleaded guilty to one count of criminal Trespass, a fourth degree crime.
Klag admitted to illegally entering a home in Wantage on July 16, 2016.
Gabriella Gobla, 21, of Franklin, was sentenced to two years of probation. She was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service work, write a letter of apology and pay restitution of $25 and fines and fees totaling $805.
She pleaded guilty on June 5 to theft of mislaid Property, a third-degree crime, and Possession of Marijuana, a Disorderly Persons offense.
On Feb. 21, 2019, the defendant took a cell phone that was mistakenly left in a Vernon Township restaurant, and on July 10, 2018, she was in possession of marijuana in Hardyston Township.
Ashley Socha, 28, of Dover, was sentenced to two years probation and 50 hours of community service. In addition, she is ordered to pay $208.66 in restitution and $155.00 in fines and fees.
On June 24, 2019, Socha pleaded guilty to one count of Conspiracy, a fourth-degree crime.
Socha admitted to conspiring to shoplifting from Shoprite in Byram.
Brett Cimmons, 37, of Hamburg, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a weapon, a crime of the fourth-degree.
Sentencing is presently scheduled for Sept. 20, 2019.
The defendant admitted to being in possession of a Smith & Wesson pocket knife when Hardyston Police responded to a verbal altercation between the defendant and another individual.
