Bailey Wynder, 19, of New Oxford, Pa., was sentenced to 2 years of probation and received credit for 17 days of time served. She was ordered to fulfill all conditions of PTI, provide a DNA sample and pay joint and several restitution in the amount of $3,594.10 and fines and fees totaling $280.
She pleaded guilty on July 29, to conspiracy and shoplifting, both third-degree crimes.
The defendant conspired with another to take and actually did steal merchandise from the Hampton Walmart on April 15, April 21, and April 23, 2018.
Jessica Poliey, 29, of Newton, pleaded guilty to possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree crime.
Sentencing is presently anticipated for Oct. 24.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to possession of heroin and Fentanyl on Jan. 30 in Andover Township.
