Seniors are invited to attend a free nutrition program

    The Sussex County Department of Human Services, Division of Senior Services will be presenting a HealthEASE educational program on Friday, Nov. 9.

    The one-hour educational program entitled, Serving Up Good Nutrition will begin at 10:30 a.m. The event will take place at Bristol Glen, in the Town Hall Meeting Room, which is located at 200 Bristol Glen Drive, Newton.

    The program will provide seniors with options on making their meals healthier by making better food choices and to educate them on the nutrient deficiencies associated with aging.

    Seniors are invited to attend the FREE HealthEASE initiative program, which will include refreshments and door prizes.
