Kyra Madden of Andover and Matthew Amoroso of Byram Township received high school diplomas at Gill St. Bernard’s 2013 Commencement ceremony held June 2. Madden will continue on at New York University. Amoroso will pursue an undergraduate degree at Lehigh University beginning this fall.

Megan Stobie, a senior Elementary Education major at Grove City College, has been named to the Dean’s List with High Distinction for the spring 2013 semester. Megan is a 2009 graduate of Newton High School and is the daughter of Gavin III and Susan Stobie from Andover.

Devin Michael O’Brien of Byram Township graduated from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA on May 12, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Devin, a member of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega and an officer in the school’s Psychology Club was also named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2013 semester. He will attend Rutgers University in the fall to pursue a Masters degree.

Chad Conner of Sparta was named to the Dean’s list for the spring 2013 semester. Chad graduated University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Biology. Chad also received acceptance into Medical School for the fall 2013 semester, he plans on attending Ross University pursuing a medical career. Chad is a 2009 Graduate of Sparta High School.
