Irene E. Walsh

Irene E. Walsh, 100, of Sparta, New Jersey, passed away on March 9, 2019 at her residence in Sparta. She was born in Morristown, NJ and lived all over the world with her U.S. Navy pilot husband and their two daughters. They settled down in Parsippany, NJ and moved to Sparta 15 years ago. Irene loved knitting, reading and crocheting, but being surrounded by her family was her favorite thing to do. She is predeceased by her beloeved husband, Aruthur, who passed away in 1992 and her sister, Helen, and brother-in-law, Tom. Irene is survived by her devoted daughters; Dale Walsh and her husband, Thomas, and Bonnie Fantl, and her husband, Gene. She is the loving grandmother of; Kerry, Jeffrey, Susan, Amy, Sharon, Alexandra and Max, and great-grandmother of Erin, Caroline, Alex, Tommy, Ryan, Melania, Lane, Wyatt and River. Irene also leaves behind her best friend and caregiver, Donna LaValley. She was blessed with a lifetime of good health and was able to live independently until the last two weeks of her life.
Private Funeral Services will be held on April 27 2019 at 12:30 p.m.
