Kyrne Prol, Jr, of Sparta, dies at 66

    Prol, Kryne Jr., age 66 of Sparta, NJ passed away suddenly and peacefully Thursday Jan. 31, 2019 at his home. Born in Paterson, NJ he grew up in Prospect Park, NJ and when married had lived in the Fayson Lake Section of Kinnelon before moving to Sparta thirty-three years ago.
    Son of the late Kryne and Helena (nee Verblaauw) Prol Sr., Kryne graduated from the Manchester Regional High School in Haledon, NJ class of 1970. He enjoyed a long career in Sales working for various companies most recently with the Apollo Aerospace Corporation in Moonachie, NJ. He was a godly man and an active member of the Green Pond Bible Chapel. He sought to represent Christ with those around him serving on the board of International Missions Organizations, A Chaplain for several Youth Correctional Facilities, and invested in the lives of many. He was well known throughout North Jersey for his time with youth sports programs.
    With his overwhelming hospitality and gift of gab, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had fun breaking bread and playing games with many around. His favorite past-times were enjoying sports, locating the newest eateries, caring for others and sharing the Gospel with those he came in contact with.
    A loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend of many, he was pre deceased in life by his cherished granddaughter Sadie Prol, his sisters Carolyn Vogel and Arlene Vukovic as well as his niece Lauren Stead.
    Survivors include his beloved wife Audrey (nee Kabbash) Prol, his loving sons Brad and his wife Stephanie Prol and Benjamin and his wife Stacie Prol. Also surviving are his sisters Helen Stead and Beverly Rudonovic, his brothers Howard, Roger, Edward and Douglas Prol as well as his grandchildren Aoife and Jedidiah Prol, his fourteen nephews, thirteen nieces and thirty great nieces and nephews.
    A Memorial Service will be held Saturday Feb. 9, 2019 at 1 PM at Green Pond Bible Chapel #1083 Green Pond Rd. Newfoundland, NJ 07435.
