Pighi Mardoloescu

Pighi Mardaloescu, age 85, passed away on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019 at Newton Medical Center. Born in the village of Brincoveni, Romania, Mrs. Mardaloescu came to the United States in 1999 and lived in Frankford Township before moving to Sparta recently. In Romania, she had been an engineer for an agricultural manufacturing company named The Tractor Company. Mrs. Mardaloescu was a devoted member to Holy Spirit Orthodox Church in Wantage and participated in all the church activities.

She is survived by her sons, Radu Seserman and his wife Anca of Hamilton and Andrei Seserman and his wife Iuliana of Plainfield; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019 at Holy Spirit Orthodox Church, 102 Route 284, Wantage. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Wantage. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Sunday a half hour before the service from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.
