    October 27 At approximately 12:25 a.m., the Andover Township Police received reports of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at the Junction Bar on Route 206. Shortly afterwards, the department received reports of a vehicle traveling south on Route 206 without its lights on, followed by a report of a motor vehicle crash on Stickles Pond Road. Andover Township patrolmen David Szatkiewicz and Roderick Mosner arrived on the scene verified that a car had crashed into the guardrail on Stickles Pond Road. The officers located the driver and the passenger. They were identified as Michael P. Dannucci, 24, and the vehicle owner, Stacy Davis, 24, both Andover Township residents. A witness to this crash reported seeing Dannucci operating the car at the time of the crash, however, Davis stated to police that she was the driver. Dannucci was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, and driving while suspended. He was transported to Newton Hospital where blood was drawn for analysis at the NJSP lab. He was additionally charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
