    December 18 While patrolling Route 206 at 6:46 p.m., Ptl. Richard Then observed a Ford Bronco traveling northbound over the lane markings. The vehicle crossed the shoulder lines several times and was traveling at a slow speed. The vehicle was stopped near Willowglen Academy. While speaking to the driver, Christopher Bilik, 35, of Andover, drug paraphernalia was observed resting on the seat. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a sandwich bag containing a green vegetation, which field tested positive for marijuana. Bilik was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana in a school zone. He was also given traffic summonses for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and disregarding marked lanes. He was released to his wife after being processed and given a court date. His vehicle was impounded. Sgt. Ron Smith assisted in the investigation. December 22 The Andover Township Police Department arrested James E. Owens, 43, of Texas for DWI. Owens was observed driving erratically along Greendale Road in Andover Township. Owens was stopped and field sobriety tests were conducted of which he failed. Owens was taken back to the Andover Township Police Department for processing. He was charged with disregard of marked lanes and DWI.
