    Dec. 22, 2011 Russell S. Sienkiewicz, 27, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was sentenced to three years probation, 78 days time served in jail, 12 days SLAP, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment and $1,205 in fines. He pled guilty on Oct. 24, 2011 to the third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing a collection of Alprazolam, Clonazepam and Oxycodon tablets hidden in a bag inside of his pants on Aug. 11, 2009. Edward Faber III, 44, of Wantage was sentenced to one year probation, 364 days county jail, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Sept. 27, 2011 to the third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was found to be in possession of two bags of heroin on July 10, 2010 in Wantage when he was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant by New Jersey State Trooper T. Praschil. Jan. 3 John P. Payne, 27, of Wayne, pled guilty to the third-degree crime of theft. On July 11, 2011 defendant committed the offense of theft by taking approximately $6,000 in jewelry from a home in Sparta Township. Jan. 5 Ronald A. Babcock, 51, of Sussex, was sentenced to three years probation. He pled guilty on Oct. 24, 2011, to eluding, a third-degree crime, and simple assault, a disorderly persons offense. James Smith, 25, of Hopatcong, was sentenced to three years State Prison. He pled guilty on Oct. 3, 2011, to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime, and defraud administration of drug test, a fourth-degree crime. Jan. 6 Mynor L. Sandoval, an illegal immigrant residing in Byram Township, was sentenced to time served (194 days) and released to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. On June 27, 2011 the defendant had sexual contact with a minor who was at least 16 years old but less than 18 years old. May Anderson, 45, of Andover, was sentenced to three years probation. She pled guilty on Sept. 26, 2011, to theft of lost property, a fourth-degree crime. She admitted that she took a check belonging to someone else after a refund check was sent to her address in Hopatcong that was intended for the previous tenant of the address. David T. Campbell, 45, of Newton, was sentenced to 60 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. He pled guilty on Oct. 3, 2011, to failure to notify change of address under Megan’s Law, a fourth-degree crime.
