NEWTON Raymond P. Martinez, Chairman and Chief Administrator of the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC), was the keynote speaker at the Feb. 8 meeting of the Sussex County Employer Legislative Committee in Newton. Several ongoing advancements at the MVC, including the enhanced digital driver license, new temporary vehicle registration tags and facial recognition technology, were discussed.
