Women business owners to exhibit at showcase

    NEWTON — The New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) Sussex-Warren Chapter hosts their annual Business Showcase Monday, March 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Project Self Sufficiency, 127 Mill St., Newton. Local businesses have the opportunity to display their products and present their company and services to area residents and visitors. At the Project Self Sufficiency facility, there is space for approximately 25 vendor tables that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for NJAWBO members is $25 and for non-members, $40 with a $15 discount for those who decide to join NJAWBO. Julianne Weinmann, VP of Marketing for NJAWBO Sussex-Warren Chapter encourages businesses to participate, “The Business Showcase is a unique opportunity for local business to present their products, services and benefits to the community. Meet customers one-on-one and make a lasting impression.” Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County is a non-profit agency that helps low-income families. In addition to their special events, the Sussex-Warren Chapter of NJAWBO meets monthly, rotating venues throughout Sussex and Warren Counties and also participates in joint meetings with other state Chapters for even greater exposure and networking opportunities for members.
