Sparta - Students in Rev. Brown Memorial School in Sparta enjoy special after-school activities in October. The clubs are taught by parents or outside instructors to give the students extra education, creative outlets, or just plain fun. The October sessions include a babysitting preparation class, building KNEX projects, bingo, arts and crafts, board games, Play Doh, exercising to build speed, and science experiments by Mad Science. Almost 200 students enroll in these special classes to enhance their interests or just to have fun with their friends.
