Stanhope and Netcong host summer fun for kids

Stanhope-All children who have completed grades K n 4 are invited to join the municipality's summer program for two fun weeks of crafts and games. Children must be a residents of Stanhope or Netcong to attend. The program, which is held at the Lenape Valley High School, will run July 12 to July 23. Sessions run Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The cost is $20 per child with a $60 maximum per family. The fee is not refundable. Registration will be held at the Stanhope Municipal Building, 77 Main St., Stanhope from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 25. A parent must fill out the registration form. If there are still openings, residents may pick up an application at the Stanhope or Netcong municipal buildings after the June 25 registration date until the maximum has been reached.
