More traffic lights won't help

So...I can't help wondering if the planners of the Shop Rite & housing development took into account the effect it would have on traffic. More traffic lights are not going to help. Depending on the time of day, it can now take close to an hour to get from the railroad tracks on Rt. 15 to the Quick Chek in Lafayette. And the place has not even opened yet. While new jobs are always good, this was not well thought out. There are three main ways in and out of Sussex County; 15, 23, and 206. They are already parking lots during rush hour-and this is not going to help. Whoever the planners were, do not think they truly considered all the implications of this-or how it will affect the community.
