Author Jancee Dunn to visit Sparta Library

Sparta - The Sparta Public Library invites you to meet Jancee Dunn, author of the best-seller, “But Enough About Me: a Jersey Girl’s Unlikely Adventures Among the Absurdly Famous,” at 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 8. The event will take place in the library at 22 Woodport Road. Dunn, whose parents live in Sparta, is a contributing editor to Rolling Stone, Vogue, the Oprah Magazine, and GQ, among other national publications. The book takes a close-up look at the wilder side of celebrity life, with the author ducking the paparazzi with Mel Gibson, eating in Dolly Parton’s kitchen, and posing for three minutes as Ben Affleck’s girlfriend to prove a point about how quickly gossip spreads.
