County library system to host Birding and Wildlife Trails guide
Sussex County The Sussex County Library System will host a program presented by Linda Gangi, project manager of Birding and Wildlife Trails. This program will be presented at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, at the Franklin Branch, 103 Main St., Franklin, and at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, at the E. Louise Childs Branch, 21 Sparta Rd., Stanhope. Gangi will present an overview of the New Jersey Audubon’s “Skylands Birding and Wildlife Trails Guide,” a new guide that will cover the counties of Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon. Attendees will be invited to nominate their favorite wildlife viewing areas, which will then be reviewed for inclusion in the guide, which will be available by the summer of 2008.
