Dazzling guitars at Warwick Winery

Warwick, NY On Friday July 6th Peter Kaukonen and John Sheehan will be performing at Warwick Valley Winery. The show starting at 8 PM will show case both musicians unique guitar and musical talents. Peter Kaukonen, a San Francisco guitarists has played, toured and recorded with Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship, Hot Tuna, Johnny Winter and Black Kangaroo. He brings to the Winery stage a showcase of his music from the 70’s to his most recent releases” Going Home” and “Beyond Help”. The show is to feature his acoustic and electric guitar virtuositity. John Sheehan is an extremely talented composer and finger style guitarists from Ringwood, NJ. His music has been used in numerous films and documentaries. His style is classically inspired with a repertoire that spans the range of guitar styles from finger picking rags to original instrumental compositions. John is a steadfast proponent of the solo finger style guitar performance and as such his show is a finely crafted showcase of guitar skill. Doors open at 6:30 Tickets are $15.00.
