BYRAM — SALT, already established as a premier entertainment hub in Sussex County, is now offering a Sunday music brunch. On Sunday, Jan. 29, SALT will host Deb and Larissa D’Andrea, backed by Tom Marchese on conga, pennywhistle, flute and harmonica. Deb D’Andrea is half of the acoustic music duo, Morning Door. She is multi-instrumentalist, enjoys break dancing for relaxation, and dreams of a universe filled with peace. Her deep perspective and poetic insight often guide her songwriting and performance. Larissa D’Andrea, known for her incredible vocals, has established herself as a singer/songwriter, musical theater performer and is credited with many television and film appearances. The two have decided to come together for this very special show and will fill the room with their potpourri of original music, rare gems and new arrangements of popular favorites. Guests can expect a wide variety of instruments, from the mandolin, octave mandolin, guitar, and ukele to the piano. The two are known for their passionate vocal harmonies and soulful sounds. SALT has become a favorite performance platform for many national touring acts, including Peter Tork of the Monkees, David Johanssen, Chris Smither, Steve Chapin and the Kennedys. The brunch menu includes cocoa waffles, breakfast tortilla with fried eggs and cheddar cheese and classic hand cut fries topped with bacon and fresh herbs. SALT is located on 109 Rt. 206 in Byram. Doors open at 10 a.m. and brunch is served until 1 p.m. For more information visit www.saltgastropub.com or call 973-347-7258.
