Earth Day to be celebrated at Littell Center
Franklin On Wednesday, April 11, the Littell Community Center will host a celebration of Earth Day, from noon to 2 p.m. Featured will be a special presentation by the Illusion Maker “Super Survivor” Environmental Game Show. Audience participants can test their knowledge of recycling, conservation and storm water, to survive the jungle island and become the Super Survivor. Also on the Earth Day agenda will be the following: Nature in Pictures, presented by Keith Utter, photographer Raptor Trust Presentation: Living with and protecting wildlife Tree Planting Ceremony: Plant a tree seed to take home Furry Friends Petting Zoo Stories and Craft Activities for the little ones The admission fee for Earth Day will be $5 a family for Franklin/Hardyston residents, and $10 a family for non-residents.
