WEST MILFORD — Suffering from cabin fever yet? Music at the Mission may have the cure. It’s called the Music at the Mission’s Festival of Guitars. Start the day with a guitar workshop. Bring your guitar and learn flat-picking, basic blue-grass, and finger-picking techniques from the masters. All levels of experience are welcome. Jack Lawrence, Clay Hess, and Jon Garon will all be leading this hands-on workshop on Saturday, February 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Later that evening all three will be our feature performers with special guests on mandolin, fiddle and bass — Wayne Fugate and Friends. It will be an evening of unforgettable, “red-hot,” soul warming, cabin fever curing music! Tickets are $20 for the concert, $35 for the workshop, or a special deal of $50 for both. The concert starts at 8 p.m. and the doors open at 7:30 p.m. Music at the Mission is located at 1452 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ 07480 at the West Milford Presbyterian Church.
