Festival of Trees schedule

SUSSEX COUNTY-Friday, Nov. 19, 7:30 to 11 p.m. Holiday Gala Preview for the Festival of Trees. Hors d'ouevres and desserts, music by Denny Tilton, cash bar, silent auction, decorated trees and wreaths and a $1,000 jewelry raffle. Proceeds to benefit Sussex County Interfaith Hospitality Network and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Sussex County. Ticket price $25. Saturday, Nov. 20, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Family fun day at the Festival of Trees. Residents are invited to come walk among the beautifully decorated trees and get in the holiday spirit. Children's craft activities, silent auction of decorated trees and wreaths, a large baked goods sale, a holiday craft sale, $1,000 jewelry raffle, live entertainment provided by children's entertainer Brady Rymer, The Magic Garsetti, Music Together® parent and child interactive music demonstration, the Blessed Kateri Bell Choir, and visits with Santa are just some of Saturday's highlights. This year's proceeds will be donated to the Sussex County Interfaith Hospitality Network and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Sussex County. Free admission. Sunday, Nov. 21, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday morning jazz at the Festival of Trees. Live entertainment sponsored by The Grist Mill Cafe, silent auction of decorated trees and wreaths, a large baked goods sale, a holiday craft sale, $1,000 jewelry raffle, visits with Santa, and children's craft activities.
