Rhinebeck, N.Y. — The Antique Motorcycle Club of America has chosen Rhinebeck, N.Y. as the site for their annual National Meet on the weekend of June 8 through 10. The meet is the highlight of the year for antique motorcycle enthusiasts, showcasing American bikes, including Harley-Davidsons, Indians, Popes and Hendersons, as well as foreign machines, such as Triumphs, Nortons, BMWs and Victorias. The event is being organized by a coalition headed by the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America. The host will be The Century Museum Village and Collector’s Associating, Inc. Alongside the classic machines, specialized vendors will offer motorcycles and parts that are 35 years old and older. “These machines are examples of the greatest craftsmanship of the 20th century,” said admirer Daniel Rosen. The Antique Motorcycle Club of America Inc., is a non-profit organization composed of a group of persons interested in antique motorcycles.
