Lisa Lowell at Salt

BYRAM — Singer and songwriter Lisa Lowell spent most of her career standing behind others like Bruce Springsteen, David Johansen, Patti Scialfa and Garland Jeffries. Today, Jan. 26, she will bring her own band to Byram when she appears at Salt Gastropub. After touring Europe and the U.S. as a charter member of Springsteen's Seeger Sessions Band, she recorded an album of her own called "Beautiful Behavior." At Salt she will stoke the storytelling fires with these songs, played live for the first time. Her lineup includes Mike Mancini on keys, Mark Bosch and Daniel Pagdon on guitar and Adrian Harpham on drums.
