LAFAYETTE - Local author Dianne Ochiltree will autograph copies of her critically acclaimed children's book, Sixteen Runaway Pumpkins, at Olde Village Book Cellar on Saturday, September 17, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The book, written for pre-schoolers, and kindergartners, has received favorable reviews from literary journals such as Kirkus Reviews, which called it "a rollicking rhyming tale." The harvest-time theme introduces young children to traditional fall activities, such as field trips to local pick-your-own pumpkin farms. Olde Village Book Cellar is located in Olde Lafayette Village, just north of the intersection of routes 15 and 94. For more information, contact the Book Cellar at 973-383-0040.
