NORWESCAP Annual Gala

NORWESCAP helps thousands of individuals and families get through some of toughest times of their lives. From the children who attend the Head Start/Early Head Start Programs and moms who come to WIC, to those who are finding their way in life with Pathways to Prosperity, Norwescap is such an important organization for our communities to thrive.
