Pass It Along presents Youth Movie Night

Sparta - Pass It Along has added a program to educate and empower youth. Each Monday high school students are invited to attend Movie Night for an opportunity to view an inspirational or thought-provoking film and for discussion. The goal is to increase awareness of societal issues and inspire action as well as raise the teens’ comfort level of communication. Films are chosen for content relating to social issues and how these issues impact society. The program was implemented during the group’s week of service projects celebrating the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Films such as “Tuesdays With Morrie” and “Crash,” were shown.
