Saint Clare's Hospital hosts ‘A Sense of Sense of Health for Women'

    Dover —Saint Clare’s Hospital will host “A Sense of Health for Women” from 5 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 12, the third in a series of community health fairs designed to help friends and neighbors of Saint Clare’s learn how to promote their own health and wellness. This free event will focus on the health and wellness of women, while providing an opportunity to learn more about the variety of services offered at and by Saint Clare’s throughout northwest New Jersey. At the event, attendees can meet with physicians and other health care professionals while taking advantage of a host of free screenings and educational opportunities. Free screenings for stroke, including blood pressure, non-fasting cholesterol and carotid artery assessment, glucose, and body fat; bone density screening; and vision will be available. Educational opportunities on menopause, hormone replacement therapy, osteoporosis, weight loss, diabetes, breast cancer, and maternal/child health will be offered.
