Soft sculpture on display at Lousie Childs Library

Sussex County-This August the E. Louise Childs Memorial Branch of the Sussex County Library System is featuring soft-sculpture animals by textile artist Tamara Barhar. The show is comprised of about 50 miniature animals including dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs. Of special interest are the river otters, iguana, and the many bird families. In addition, the show includes a set of families of cardinals, robins, chickens and turtle doves, all complete with chicks, eggs and nests.
