Sussex County YMCA hosts Healthy Kids Day

Hardyston — The Sussex County YMCA, located at 15 Wits End Rd. in Hardyston, will be celebrating Healthy Kids Day from 1 to 4 p.m. on April 21. Healthy Kids Day is a nationally celebrated YMCA event highlighting the YMCA’s mission based programs that support the healthy growth and development of kids. The program will feature a number of fun activities for the whole family, including health screenings, food demonstrations, nutrition education, free swimming and gardening, as well as free, healthy snacks.
