‘The Mind/Body Connection' presented at Jefferson library

    Oak Ridge - Nina Bravman, M.A., Ed.S, workshop facilitator, will present “The Mind/Body Connection” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 15, at the Jefferson Public Library, 1031 Weldon Rd., in Oak Ridge.“Research has shown that there is a strong connection between the mind and the body,” says Bravman. “Our thoughts project the messages our bodies hear.” She will explain how to use the process of creative visualization to achieve life goals and lower stress levels. Bravman is the founder and director of the Center for Human Potential in Denville. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Registration is requested.
