Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are a powerful healing tool. They impact immediately on’ s physiology, mental, emotional and spiritual states. In ancient times, our ancestors used therapeutic grade essential oils and herbs, often exclusively as their form of medicine, and for their daily well-being. This two-hour presentation will illuminate ways to enhance well-being quickly and effectively. This presentation will also provide many safe and healthy alternatives to enable a chemical-free life. Speakers will be Maria Prinz, RM/T, RDT Holistic Practitioner, and Bridget D. Arco, RN, RYT, CPT. The workshop will take place at Yoga For You & Mis-fit Pilates, in Olde Lafayette Village, Bldg.
