YMCA offers new off-site programs in Fredon

    Hardyston — The Sussex County YMCA, in conjunction with the Fredon Recreation Department, will be offering a number of new programs at the Fredon Firehouse Gymnasium, located on Route 94 South in Fredon. These programs, which will be held from Feb. 5 to March 4, will include a number of exciting programs for people of all ages, such as gymnastics, soccer, music and sports classes for toddlers and preschoolers; an introduction to team sports class for children ages 6 to 9; adult intramural basketball; and adult and senior exercise classes. All of these programs are open to the public. Prices for these programs will vary, but discounts will be given to Fredon residents and YMCA programs members, while YMCA facility members may enjoy the adult and senior classes for free. “Our new programs at the Fredon Firehouse, will allow us to provide more of the same high quality programs to even more of Sussex County’s residents,” said David Carcieri, executive director of the Sussex County YMCA.
