KRHS Day of Service

Youth. Kittatinny Regional High School students conducted a day of serving the community in observance of the anniversary of 9/11.

Every year on the anniversary of 9/11, the students of Kittatinny Regional High School donate their time to various community service projects.

This year's community service included the following.
Preparing lunches at Manna House.

Katie Kriege
Abby Roggenkamp
Nellie Choma
Roadway litter cleanup:
Nicole Vassallo,
Grace Doherty, and
Jenna Dispenziere
Animal shelters will receive dog pull toys, cat blankets, and dog treats.
Dogs love to play tug!
Additional projects the students participated in:
· Clean up of school grounds and the Garden of Hope
· Snack sacks made for local school children
· Luminary bags for a night walk-a-thon with a theme of Stomp Out Cancer
· Soldier care packages
· Began the aluminum tab drive for Ronald McDonald House
· Made paracord survival bracelets for Operation Gratitude
· Donated rice to the United Nations World Food Program
· Decorated reuseable canvas bags for Manna House
- Children’s blankets were made for local shelters.
