Hayrides with musical accompaniment

Sussex County is ushering in autumn with a spectacular lineup of live music events and captivating performances.

Friday, Sept. 29

The weekend festivities commence with a bang at the Lentini Farms Corn Maze, 269 Route 94, Newton. This family-friendly venue is hosting a haunted hayrides with a live music performance by Dragonfly, promising an electrifying party-rock experience, starting at 6 p.m.

For a more mellow evening, head to Skylands Craft Beer & Wine Garden, 447 Route 284, Wantage. At 6:30 p.m., the talented Dave & John Acoustic guitar duo will serenade you with their favorite upbeat tunes.

Starting at 8 p.m., the Foster Children will take the stage at Brick & Brew, 27 Route 23, Franklin, offering a dose of rock ‘n’ roll to end your evening.

Saturday, Sept. 30

Kick-start your day with Erika Sherger’s enchanting melodies at the Sparta Farmers Market, 89 S. Sparta Ave., a delightful addition to your morning shopping and strolling routine.

If you’re a fan of acoustic rock, Angry Erik Brewery, 2 Camre Drive., Newton, is the place to be from 4 to 7 p.m., when Brian McLaughlin will serenade you with his tunes.

For a touch of bluesy magic, head to Mountain House Tavern and Grill, 19 Route 206, Branchville, where Gerry Arias will perform at 6 p.m.

Skylands Craft Beer & Wine Garden will showcase the talents of Paul DiDio’s starting at 6:30 p.m.
